- Parallel run for 30 days. Conni Ops reads from Unleashed live. Nothing in Unleashed changes.

- Clean slate option. You said Unleashed has a decade of garbage. We give you the option to import everything OR start fresh and reference Unleashed read-only as an archive.

Source of truth for inventory, orders and registered customers. We mirror it on day one (read-only) then progressively replace it.

Website behaviour, segments, guest-checkout customers, marketing engagement. Critical for Customer 360 — guest checkouts only live here.

Product and brand reviews per customer. Surfaces in Customer 360.
LiveChat
Chat transcripts and support history. Required for unified customer view when phones ring or chats reopen.

Optional if conni.com.au moves to Shopify in future. Keeps storefront editable for non-technical staff.
Each integration is priced individually in the proposal. Per-integration cost includes auth setup, schema mapping, sync engine, monitoring + 30 days of post-launch support.
